Each of our liquid herbal products are steeped in Natural Spring Water and made Fresh to Order with the highest quality Wild-crafted and Organic Herbs from organic growers. None of the herbs in our compounds are radiated and have been tested prior to use.
Once your payment has been processed and posted, please allow 7 to 10 business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays, for your product(s) to be prepared and ready for shipment. This DOES NOT include shipping time. If there's a delay in your order you will be notified via email. If you place an order after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday - Thursday, your order will not be processed until the following business day. If your order is placed on Fridays, the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during a Holidays or when our office is closed for vacation, your order will not be processed until the next following business day once your payment has posted and we have reopened. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping Days are for all orders except Sea Moss Gels and Gummy products. Sea Moss Gels and Gummy products are shipped Monday - Wednesday only due to their perishable nature. You must select Priority Shipping speed (2-3 day) when purchasing perishable products.
Once your product has shipped, you will be notified via email. If you selected Priority Shipping you will receive tracking information once your order ships. If you select Standard Shipping your package will ship USPS Regular Mail, FedEx or UPS Ground. If you would like insurance on your packages, please contact our office so the fee can be added. Priority shipping DOES NOT allow you to skip the ordering line. It is for shipping speed only.
